A legal warranty applies to all our products. This means that a product must meet what you as a buyer can reasonably expect.
If a product is defective or does not function properly, you are entitled to free repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the situation and in accordance with the applicable law.
For non-electrical products, the legal warranty applies without a fixed term, as long as the product does not meet expectations under normal use.
For electrical devices (such as hair styling tools), a warranty period of 3 years applies.
The warranty starts on the date of receipt of the product.
The warranty covers:
Manufacturing and material defects
Defects under normal and proper use
The warranty does not apply in cases of:
Damage caused by incorrect or careless use
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by dropping, impact, or water damage
Repairs or alterations by third parties
Consumable and cosmetic products whose seal has been broken

Your order number
A clear description of the problem
If possible, photos or videos of the defect
After assessment, you will receive instructions for further handling.
After receipt and inspection of the product:
The product will be repaired or replaced, or
You will receive (if necessary) a (partial) refund
We aim to handle warranty requests within a reasonable period.
This warranty policy is separate from our return and refund policy and does not affect your legal rights as a buyer.
